Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Byrex. We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Processing Schedule: We process orders Monday–Saturday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on UK Bank Holidays.

Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will begin processing the following business day.

High Volume Periods: During seasonal peaks or sales, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. UK Delivery Options & Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use Royal Mail / DPD / Evri for domestic deliveries.

Standard Delivery: 2–4 Business Days — £3.99 (Free Over £50)

Express Delivery: 1–2 Business Days — £5.99

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act, if your order is not delivered within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund.

3. International Shipping

We currently only ship to the UK.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will typically become active within 24 hours.

5. Delivery Issues & Damages

Wrong Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at Byrex.ltd@pm.me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the damaged item.

Missing Parcels: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours or safe places before contacting us.

6. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery is missed, the courier will leave a card or send a notification with instructions for re-delivery or collection. If an item is returned to us because it was not collected or multiple delivery attempts failed, we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee.
